Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to and use of iman (https://iman.is) operated by iman. By creating an account, completing checkout, or otherwise using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use iman. When registration requires acceptance, we store the Terms and Privacy versions you accepted.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of Republic of Tajikistan. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data.
3. Accounts and security
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for security, fraud or Terms violations.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: publish illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative or violently extremist content; scam, harass or spam users; reverse engineer non-public APIs beyond permitted use; bypass moderation or KYC; upload malware; or infringe others rights. We may remove content and restrict access.
5. Marketplace
Sellers must offer lawful goods/services as required by platform rules and accurately describe listings. Buyers and sellers contract with each other for the sale; iman provides the platform and related payment/fulfillment tooling unless a specific order states otherwise. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available in supported regions (including Tajikistan). Platform fees and take-rates may apply as disclosed in product UI.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by connected payment service providers. Chargebacks, refunds and disputes follow provider rules and our marketplace policies. You authorize us and processors to handle payment data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant iman a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service. You represent you have rights to the content you upload.
9. Messenger
Do not use Messenger for illegal activity. Encryption features do not excuse harmful content. We may act on reports and safety signals using available metadata and unencrypted surfaces.
10. AI assistant
AI output is informational only and is not a fatwa, medical, legal or financial advice. Verify important decisions with qualified humans. You remain responsible for how you use AI output.
11. Intellectual property
The iman brand, software and design are owned by iman or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse them except as allowed by these Terms or written permission.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Marketplace counterparties will perform.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Republic of Tajikistan, iman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) USD 50 (or local equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms breaches, legal risk or platform integrity. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Tajikistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Republic of Tajikistan have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance for new registrations or certain transactions. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
