We don't measure success in money. Your peace of mind, health and dignity matter more. If a feature could harm you — psychologically, morally or in any other way — we will not add it, even if it could earn us money.

No endless feeds, pressure or tricks that create dependence, anxiety and the feeling that you are missing out.
Moral values
Anything that goes against your values or harms others stays out of the app: out of the features and out of the logic.
Your choice
You decide what to see and how much time to spend in iman. We don't hold your attention for profit.
Every new feature has to pass one question: will it be good for you? If not, it won't exist.
How we work
You matter more to us than work
A 6/1 schedule
We work 6 days and have 1 day off. Even so, we judge your work not by hours at a desk but by its results and quality.
Pay isn't market-rate: it follows our own formula
We don't follow market rates. Employee pay is calculated from the company's profit: the more the company earns, the more everyone who builds it receives.

Iman didn't begin with code, but with a quiet thought — and for a long time I carried it alone.
I was the designer, the developer and the one asking questions in the silence. Interfaces, Android, Apple, Web, the server and Desktop — all of it passed through my hands, often late at night when no one else was awake.
The first big version came together in about three months. But behind those three months are four years of work, learning and personal time. Nothing is born from nothing: every “it works” was once a dozen “not yet”.
For Iman I had to give up a lot — rest, easy choices, sometimes my own peace of mind. I don't regret it: to me this is not just an app but a long-term work I want to grow for people all over the world, so that being online becomes a place that makes a person feel better, not more anxious.
