How we work
You matter more to us than work
We are building a company where a person is not a resource. We want you to be happy: to have time for your family, for learning and for everything that makes life full.
A 6/1 schedule
We work 6 days and have 1 day off. Even so, we judge your work not by hours at a desk but by its results and quality.
Results, not hours
We don't count hours at a desk and we don't chase the number of tasks. What matters to us is the quality and the result of your work.
Remote, with the office by agreement
You can work fully remotely. Sometimes we may ask you to come to the office — for example 5 or 10 days a month. If there is a lot of work, a force majeure or hard times, we may work entirely from the office. That is the exception, and we always discuss it in advance.
Time for what matters
Family, knowledge, health and happiness are not what is left after work; they are what we work for. We want you to have enough time for all of it.
Pay isn't market-rate: it follows our own formula
We don't follow market rates. Employee pay is calculated from the company's profit: the more the company earns, the more everyone who builds it receives.
